    Halloween:

This festival takes place on October 31st every year. The day has its origin in Celtic culture, so most of the celebrations are Irish in nature.A lot of people dress up in scary costumes on this day as ghosts and witches roam around freely! Most people throw Halloween parties throughout the night to add flavor to their celebrations.Trick or treating can also be seen in many places as children visit houses dressed up as ghosts and ask for candies or money.

    Thanksgiving Day:

Thanksgiving Day was first celebrated by the pilgrims to give thanks to God for giving them a bountiful harvest after their first winter at Plymouth Plantation.Today, Thanksgiving is not only celebrated by Americans but also by people across the world who believe in showing gratitude towards God for giving them all they need.On this day, families get together to celebrate with sumptuous meals consisting of turkey and pumpkin pie, among other things!

We’re often asked, “How is Christmas celebrated in America?” Christmas has become an important commercial event in the United States. This is partly due to the beginning of the holiday shopping season, which peaks on Black Friday (the day after Thanksgiving). As a result, Americans have made Christmas a national holiday. Time to share, be considerate, and give.

    Christmas Traditions in America: Family

The most important American Christmas tradition centers around family. On the night before Christmas, families gather to decorate the tree. After dinner and dessert (usually pie or cake), everyone goes outside to look at the decorated house and admire their work. Then it’s time to open presents.Children are anxious all day long as they wait to see what they got from Santa Claus.
